FOU DE PATISSERIE magazine was launched in September 2013 by Muriel TALLANDIER and Julie MATHIEU.

The publication is the leader on its market, for both professionals and the general public, with a yearly print run of more than 200,000 copies and a turnover of more than a 1 M€ a year.

Inspired by their magazine, Muriel and Julie created a retail space – the FOU DE PATISSERIE boutique – to showcase the creations of the greatest French pastry chefs! Inaugurated on 7 April 2016, the first FOU DE PATISSERIE boutique proposes a truly unique range of products:  a collection of pastries created by renowned pastry chefs, available all in one location, and complemented by an abundant selection of specialty biscuits and sweets. The showcased chefs include: Philippe CONTICINI, Cyril LIGNAC, Hugues POUGET (Hugo & Victor), Carl MARLETTI, Jonathan BLOT (Acide macaron), Nicolas BACHEYRE (Un Dimanche à Paris), Nicolas HAELEWYN (Karamel), Pierre HERME, Jacques GENIN, Gilles MARCHAL, Fabrice GILLOTTE, Christophe ADAM, Vincent GUERLAIS, Jérôme DE OLIVIERA, Pierre MARCOLINI, etc. An active schedule of events is also proposed, highlighting creations such as those of chefs from the palace hotels (Cédric GROLET du Meurice, François PERRET du Ritz, Michaël BARTOCETTI du Shangri-La, etc.) or « importing » the creations of non-Parisian chefs for the Parisian public.

This collection of fresh pastries is competed by a selection of more than 80 other products: MACARONS, JAMS, MADELEINES, FINANCIERS, BISCUITS, CHOCOLATES, GUIMAUVES, MERINGUES, ICECREAMS, etc….

All of the pastries sell for 6,50 €.

ステンシルやシルクスクリーンなど様々な技法を用い、多層的に画面を構築する松村咲希(Saki Matsumura)。
アクリルペインティング、シルクスクリーン、ステンシルなどを組み合わせ、入り組んだレイヤーによる複雑な構造を持つ作品は、観る人の認識と実在のズレや歪みに気づかされる。
