I usually choose frozen beef tartar or hamburg by the owner, Cyril’s appropriate advice. He is often in the store. You can ask him how to cook the meat. My recommendation is foie gras hamburg.
The interior is also nice.

The house Pommard is a French butcher’s family from the middle of the 19th century. They know the best way to serve delicious meats.
