The house Pommard is a French butcher’s family from the middle of the 19th century. They know the best way to serve delicious meats. Discovering the most important step of meat-packing is maturation, their technique has come to extreme in it.  Besides, the products can be refrigerated to keep their softness and fresh taste.

  • I usually choose frozen beef tartar or hamburg by the owner, Cyril’s appropriate advice. He is often in the store. You can ask him how to cook the meat.  My recommendation is foie gras hamburg.

    The interior is also nice.
