The base of the curry is made from long time stew with one whole onion per dish. The owner’s various special spices are placed into the base after being left out overnight. Deeply flavorful curry is made from this special recipe. He does not use any flower and concentrate on the way to accentuate the flavor of the spices. “curry Kusamakura” will definitely give you a surprise with the difference from other ordinal curries. The owner of this restaurant has been attracted by the flavor of Indian curry for almost 20 years. He opened the restaurant with his experience of tasting spicy cuisines around the world though journey. The restaurant has comfortable space to make owner’s wish, “everyone can enjoy curry in a relaxing mood”, reality.
